Online Marketer - Available Immediately

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of the Internet, web site design, marketing, copywriting and search engines. The successful candidate will be working closely with the development team to market multiple projects via search engines, PPC advertising and affiliate programmes. Previous experience in online marketing would be advantageous.

Web Designer - Available Immediately

We are looking for an enthusiastic Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years commercial experience in Web Design, have some experience in eCommerce, hold a degree and have the ability to implement robust, usable, engaging and aesthetic designs.

You will be working closely with the development and marketing teams to deliver the design element of the development process. This will include the creation of concepts, implementation of final design, addressing accessibility and usability issues, usability testing and online marking campaigns.

You need to be diligent and be able to deliver projects to meet customer expectations within the allocated time frames.

Key Skills:

• Creative Design Skills: must be able to create visually engaging designs
• Usability Design Skills: must have good understanding of layout, colour palettes, typography, browser compatability, accessibility and usability
• Web Design skills including Photoshop, XHTML, JavaScript and CSS2
• You must be able to hand code HTML and CSS
• Flash and ActionScript experience would be advantageous
• Good written and verbal communication skills

We are currently recruiting an eCommerce Website Copywriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months commercial copywriting experience, preferably with eCommerce experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing and managing web copy for multiple clients in varying industries and markets.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and work well in a team environment. Marketing experience, understanding of Search Engine Optimisation and strong client facing communication skills are essential.
